Adventure Spirits Distilling is a veteran-owned distillery in Whitehouse, Ohio, located in a historic former bank building, offering tours, a craft cocktail lounge, and bottle sales of its spirits, including bourbon and rye. Founded by retired Air Force veteran Joe Carter, it focuses on an authentic, hands-on distilling experience with locally sourced grains, aiming to replicate the Kentucky Bourbon Trail experience in Ohio. The distillery features a Barrel of the Month Club and supports local artists and non-profits

Our 2026 Non-Profit Cherry Fest Beneficiary Partner: Task Force 20
They will host and present the Military Night this year at Cherry Fest!
Thursday, June 11th from 6:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
Task Force 20 was founded in 2016 by Army Veteran and 1998 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School Jason Graven. Jason enlisted in the Army two weeks after 9/11 as Military Police and was part of the initial invasion force in Iraq in March 2003.
Also involved with the organization are Dave and Lauren Gedman. Dave served 12 years in the active-duty Army with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Dave enlisted in the Army immediately after graduating from Anthony Wayne High School in 1999 and later married 2002 Anthony Wayne High School graduate Lauren Christian.
To-date, Task Force 20 has assisted roughly 150 veterans with paid-in-full one-year gym memberships, personal training, and camaraderie building events.
The organization hosts a free lunch for Vietnam era Veterans at the Whitehouse American Legion and the Operation: Stronger Together 5k and Gaven A. Smith Veteran Resource Fair also in Whitehouse.”
